These terms govern the use of the Kyanorama Villa website and the bookings made through it. By using the website and submitting a booking you accept these terms.
The property
Kyanorama Villa is a tourist accommodation in Arkadio, Tragaki 291 00, Zakynthos, Greece, with property registration number (AMA) 00003867564. This website provides information about the property and the ability to book directly.
Bookings & payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and the total cost is calculated and displayed before you complete your booking. The minimum stay is 5 nights. Payment is made online via Stripe and a booking is confirmed only after the payment completes successfully, at which point you receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation and prepayment terms depend on the rate and the season of your stay. The exact conditions applying to your booking are shown before you complete it and are included in your confirmation.
House rules
Check-in from 15:00 to 00:00 and check-out from 07:00 to 10:00. Minimum age to check in: 18. Maximum number of guests: 6. Pets, smoking and parties/events are not allowed on the premises. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Liability
We make every reasonable effort to keep the information on this website (photos, amenities, distances, prices) accurate and up to date. Availability syncs automatically with Airbnb and Booking.com; in the exceptional case of a technical double-booking error you will be informed immediately and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Intellectual property
The content of this website (texts, photographs, logos, design) is the intellectual property of Kyanorama Villa and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute that may arise falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Zakynthos. We reserve the right to amend these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
